All Sales Final

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Custom Orders

Custom end grain cutting boards are made to order and are non-refundable. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase. If you would like to adjust your selections send a message, if production hasn’t begun we will do our best to accommodate.

A note about wood

Wood is a natural product and changes can occur within a piece due to humidity levels, maintenance, handling and other factors. As such, we make no guarantees against the potential for the wood to change due to any of these situations once the piece has been delivered. 
Please follow care instructions carefully. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right.
