About This Spoon
An excellent spoon for any cooking session, but particularly great for getting into the corners of pans while making a roux. The angled tip gives you control right where you need it.

Material
Available in maple, bird's eye maple, walnut, and cherry. Each spoon is shaped and finished by hand.
Finish
Finished with natural Canadian-grown hemp oil — food-safe, non-toxic, and nourishing for the wood.
Care Instructions
Hand wash only with mild soap and warm water. Dry immediately. Never submerge in water or place in the dishwasher. Re-oil periodically with food-safe oil to keep the wood conditioned.
